UNUSED ITEM

The definition of trying on a piece of jewelry is putting the piece on and QUICKLY taking it off again.

If the jewelery is scratched, it is no longer considered to be unused and thereby reduced in value.

As a customer, you must pay extra attention to special calls. These must be removed immediately, as they quickly scratch the bottom. In short, you must not be able to see that you have tried on your jewellery, so try to evaluate them unused if you are in doubt.

IMPAIRMENT OF VALUE

We reserve the right to assess whether a piece of jewelery may have deteriorated so much in value when put into use that only the value of the metal itself minus administration and shipping costs to the company that remelts the piece of jewelery can be refunded.

If there are scratches on, for example, the bottom of the ring, the ring is used and we cannot take it back.

It is not possible to hand over jewelery in person, as we do not have a store.

Pack the goods securely so that we receive them in undamaged condition. It is your responsibility that the package is returned to LUMINIQUE. We advise sending with a tracking number if the item has a high value. If the item gets lost in the post, it is your own responsibility.

It is important that you enclose the return/exchange form in the return package with the order number written on it, as we can then process your exchange quickly and correctly.

If you do not have the opportunity to print it, you can instead write the same information on a piece of paper and send it with you.

EXTENDED EXCHANGE RIGHT

If you wish to extend the exchange right so that the 30 days apply from a specific date, you simply need to send an e-mail to support@luminique.dk with the order number and the date when the 30 days should apply from.

However, valid for a maximum of 60 days. You will then receive an e-mail back, which you must save and send with a possible return/exchange.

General information on exchange

If you are not satisfied with an item, you have the option of exchanging it for another item.

You have 30 days of full exchange/return rights, unless otherwise stated under the product information.

IMPORTANT - We ONLY accept/exchange UNUSED items. The definition of trying an item is on and QUICKLY off again.

If you have an item you would like to exchange, you can contact support@luminique.dk and we will send you a return label.

PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED

If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to LUMINIQUE, we will be charged a fee from either PostNord, DAO or GLS of DKK 50 for the return to LUMINIQUE. Unfortunately, we have to charge you as a customer this fee if you do not pick up your package.
