PROCESSING OF DATA

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal data entered by the user when creating user profiles, using the services provided or registered in any other way will be processed and stored in accordance with the legislation in force at any time and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Such information can be: name, address, e-mail, telephone number and the like.
PURPOSE
The information is used, among other things and not limited to enquiries, marketing (including re-marketing) and tracking of products and services at Luminique ApS.
Personal information will NOT be passed on to third parties without prior consent, unless it is necessary to complete placed orders or inquiries, and then only to the extent required by the purpose.
STORAGE PERIOD
Personal information is stored at Luminique ApS for users with a login account as long as the account exists. The individual user can contact at any time
Luminique ApS with a request that the account be deleted, and information thus also deleted. If you have completed a purchase on a user, this information will also be saved.
If you carry out a transaction with card payment, the IP number and date/time will be listed on the payment. This is done so that Luminique ApS can secure itself as a company, should a payment be made with a stolen Dankort.
SECURITY
Personal information is stored and/or processed in accordance with good practice. Luminique ApS endeavors to use technologies and software that provide the necessary security so that the data is not damaged or comes to the knowledge of third parties.
Luminique ApS also strives to minimize these risks as much as possible.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER COMPANIES
If you have chosen to use one or more of the following companies in connection with the transport of your goods, upon payment, they will have access to the necessary information in relation to your placed order: GLS, DAO and PostNord.
We thus register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The data controller at Luminique ApS is My Nygaard.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data.
The companies only process the information on our behalf. They must not use them for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
The personal information is registered with Luminique ApS (CVR 41427124).
No other personally sensitive information is recorded. The information is not passed on to third parties.

You always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the registered information.
Inquiries in connection with the Personal Data Act can be directed to support@luminique.dk.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it.
