Complaints Policy

At Luminique, we do our best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If, contrary to expectations, you want to complain about a product or service, you can contact our customer service at support@luminique.dk or telephone 60 59 33 11.

If we cannot find a satisfactory solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can also complain via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus. For more information about your rights as a consumer, visit www.forbrug.dk .

Terms of payment

When purchasing goods on Luminique.dk, the following payment terms apply:

  1. Payment : Payment is made at the end of your purchase in the checkout on the website. This also applies to pre-order items. We accept payment via Mobilepay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX and UnionPay.
  2. Payment deadline : All purchases require payment when ordering. No other payment terms can be chosen, unless otherwise agreed directly with Luminique.
  3. Delayed payment : According to agreement at the time of invoice payment, the payment must be made net 8 days. In case of late payment, a fee of DKK 100 and an interest of 1.5% per month started from the due date until payment is made.
  4. Advance payment : For larger orders or special orders, we may require advance payment. This is agreed individually and in writing with the customer.

Delivery

Our normal delivery time is 1-3 working days. When purchasing pre-order items, which are clearly marked on the product, the delivery time is 6-8 weeks. If it does not say pre-order, all goods are in stock and you can expect the specified delivery time. We offer free shipping and free returns in Denmark. A shipping fee is charged for deliveries to Sweden, Norway and Germany.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase up to 30 days after receiving the item. Returns and refunds are made in accordance with our return policy .
